Yard Work

TJ helping Tate clean up all he leaves so they could put out the Christmas lights.

Softball Tournament in Myrtle Beach

We went to Myrtle Beach for a softball tournament November 21st - 23rd. This had to be the coldest weekend of the year. The tempature did not get above 40 degree until we were getting ready to leave on Sunday. This the only picture that we have of Anna from that weekend. Her and GDennis were at the ballpark freezing death all day Saturday. It was just entirely to cold to play ball.
We stayed on the 6th floor at the Grand Atlantic. We had an absolutely beautiful view.

TJ had the best time of all he loved the condo and the pool.

What a Big Boy

What a climber! TJ can climb on anything. He loves to play the big kids games. He climbed on top of his toy to play foosball.

Happy Halloween

Tj decided to be a turtle this year for Halloween, but as you can see he did not enjoy having to wear his custome at least not the headpiece.
Anna tried to get into the halloween spirit. Next year she will have to get a costume of her own.

Fair time

We took TJ to the fair for the first time and he was too small to ride 90% of the rides. But he did enjoy riding the ones that he could.

TJ's 1st day at Preschool

TJ goes to Mother's Morning Out at Holland Avenue Baptist Church. He goes on Tuesdays, Thursday and Fridays. His first day was Tuesday, September 2nd. He is not crazy about his backpack or going to school. I think he misses staying with Grandma everyday.

Labor Day Weekend at the Beach

We went to the beach Labor Day Weekend. Anna was able to bring a friend and said that this was the best vacation that she has ever been on. I guess since Anna has not enjoyed any of the vacations we have been on in the past, we will not have to take her on any more vacations. Tracy brought Jayden over for everyone to meet and hold.
TJ actually loved the ocean despite his face in this pciture. He loved to follow the surf back into the water and play in the sand. He is completely opposite of Anna. Anna would not let the sand touch her feet.

Anna and Danielle laying out by the pool getting sun burnt.
Yes, I said sun burnt. They were so miserable that night and the next day.

TJ loved the pool as well. I think he liked being able to walk around and not have anyone holding him. He also liked the fact that there were tons of kids to play with.

Of course, we went to Broadway at the Beach to ride some of the Kiddie rides.
Too sun burnt to enjoy any of the rides.
My 2 beautiful kids.

TJ and Gran

TJ loves to drive anything.
He loves sitting on the lawn mower, tractor and even the front seat of the car.

1st day of 10th Grade

What exciting will this year hold?

"Big 6" turns 15

Anna or "Big 6" as she called on the softball field turned 15 on August 6th. We did not plan anything big this year just went to the DMV to get our permit and had dinner at Murrays with the family. Passing the driving test was the biggest highlight of the day.
Watch out for her driving around town!
She always has a perfect smile ready for the camera.

This is definitely a picture to frame.

What a happy family!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! At least most of us were happy.

TJ had his 1st haricut on July 14, 2008. He now looks like a little man.
Before
After
He is trying to pick out just the right kind of shampoo for his new look.

Bedtime

TJ is a rough sleeper, he is all over the crib and even likes to hang his feet out every once in a while. But as you can see he does not go to bed without his blanket.

Summer Fun

Anna and GDennis spent almost every weekend at a softball tournament. Anna had the best time playing ball, spending the night at different hotels and most importantly not being at home. Thanks Dad for bearing the heat and taking Anna every weekend. She had a BLAST.

Riley's 1st Birthday

Well the event of the year happened on Friday, June 13th. We do not have many pictures of the big event, but we have many great memories. I spent countless hours trying to make sure this event went off without any problems, but that just did not happen. As you can see in the pictures, Riley was not excited about having so many people over at his house. He did not even care for his cake. He tried to put out the candle on the his cake with his fingers and it all went down hill from there.

Anna trying to be the coolest kid at the party.

Black Eye Babies

Both of my sweet babies got a black eye within a weeks time. Anna got her 1st black eye on May 25th. She was in Hartsville at a ball tournament. They were warming up and the Coach Bill hit her a pop up and as she was going back to catch it she ran into the other girls and missed the ball. Riley got his first black on May 31st at Grandma's house. He was trying to climb up the stairs and fell. I have a feeling this will not be his last black eye.

Beach Trip

We went to the beach May 9th - May 13th and had a blast. I took loads of pictures, but only posted my favorites below. We went on the beach, played on the playgroud, played Putt-Putt and road a few rides at Broadway at the Beach.
Anna and Tate throwing the football. Anna only visited the beach one time, she rather be laying out at the pool getting some sun.
TJ liked the beach better than Anna did when she was little.

Tate caught another turtle this year. TJ is not very impressed because the turtle was much smaller than last years.

My professional Golfer.

TJ showing off all of the golf balls that we pulled out of the water.

Group Photo- Guess who had the lowest score and the highest score?

"Big Sister" KiKi riding the trucks with TJ.

Having a blast on the merry-go-round.

Riding with KiKi on the boats. TJ was glad that KiKi came along so that he could ride.

Anna had just passed GDennis and Kiley on the go-carts.

I think Anna was the biggest kid on the playground, she was having a blast. All we heard was "mom look at me" or "mom take my picture".

She has finally learned to swing with out having someone push her.

TJ loved the play ground. We are going to have to ask Uncle Joe to build us a swing set.
